Pay taxes in BC
Maintain a federal business number
Hold a GST/PST number
Registered with WorkSafeBC, if applicable
Have generated more than $30,000 in sales in the past 12 months
BUSINESS TYPE
The business can be a:
Sole proprietor
Partnership
Corporation
Non-profit
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
The business must be:
Owned by a BC resident
Operated primarily in BC
